 Classes are all 1 Hour

1 Class = $1,000.00 - Monthly Installment Fee $93.33

2 Classes = $1,900.00- Monthly Installment Fee $177.78

3 Classes = $2,800.00 - Monthly Installment Fee $261.11

*Additional fees include:

Recital costume fees: $100-$120

Recital participation fee: $150 (Includes trophy, digital recital video and recital t-shirt)

Recital ticket sales: $40-$50

Tuition Balances Less Than the Deposit Will Be Divided into

 9 Monthly Installments 

Sibling Discount 5% 

Options for Payment:

 Pay online with your credit card on file. (4.0% fee will be applied to all credit card charges)

Processing fees will not apply if payment is made by Zelle, Venmo or Check made out to Danceworks, NY.

Non-Company Refund Policy:

If a dancer drops in between monthly installments, the dancer will not be charged for any

further monthly installments. Early drops will be subject to an administrative fee.

No refunds for Early Bird Tuition

No Pro-Rates

Family must notify us by email about the drop before the next monthly installment. 

Refunds will not be given after the 1st of each month. 

Full Season Commitment September - June 

Make Up Classes:

Each dancer is allowed 5 make up classes from October through April 1st. Make up classes are not allowed for already scheduled closings or weather related closings. Danceworks, NY follows the Port School District Wide closings. However decisions can be made day of to open if the weather changes. Make up classes are made due to absence from sickness or personal reasons. To schedule a make up class, email the studio at tricia@danceworksny.com. *Please note for the safety of our traveling teachers and students any weather related closings are to the discretion of the studio. In the event of any excessive number of weather closings, the studio will schedule additional make up classes.
